The importance of education and learning

Education is an important part of life. From the day we are born, we absorb information from our parents and the environment which helps us develop and grow as human beings. We learn at such a fast rate at an early age – to talk, walk, and solve problems.
Typically the first 16-21 years of ones life is spent in full time education – going to nursery, then primary school, secondary school, A Level college and in some cases university. This helps give a good grounding, employees often look at a candidate’s education and academic results as a measure of strength. A student leaving A Level College with 3 A grades may be more likely to get a top job than someone with 3 D grades - although of course many factors are involoved such as personality and drive.
With A levels being a major focus of 18 year olds in England at the moment, with exams over the next couple of months, there is a lot of pressure to do well. However if you do not perform as well as expected, you can often take a level resits in London and other UK towns and cities to help achieve your full potential.
Many people have learning difficulties such as aspergers syndrome and dyslexia which can affect people throughout their lives. Some companies offer a free
adult asperger assessment to determine if you have a learning difficulty, and offer help and advice for people with such disorders.
Even when we leave college of university, we still carry on learning through our lives – many people devote their lives to learning such as scientific researchers and historians. Learning is an important aspect of our lives.
